Old bumper - Steps to remove Bumper from H3 - 2 plastic push pins behind the bumper/side wheelwells, 4 bolts for the bumper brackets (2 each side), then remove tow hooks & Brackets, 2 bolts skidplate, disconnect bumper fog lights.

I wrapped the teeth of the pliers with electrical tape before removing the side markers. Be careful not to use too much force.
