Default Firestone Destination M/T's

I've been reading great reviews about the Firestone Destination M/T's. Does anyone have any experience with them? Your feedback will be appreciated. Thanks.

I've got 'em. I've put so few miles on them, I really can't give a good assesment, but nothing obviously wrong showed up. These are my wheeling-only tires, so I don't have much experience on them. I will be heading out it a couple weeks for a couple hundred mile trip and some wheeling. I'll post back then. Here's a YouTube of them. It's more about seeing the tire than the difficulty of the trail. It's nothing the stock Bridgestones can't handle with ease, but it at least lets you see them on the truck.

I did finally get some time on these tires. About 700 road miles, probably half or more in the rain. Wet traction was excellent. As good as the stock Bridgestones. They are nearly as quiet and handle very well. Offroad they did a very good job as well. The other H3 I was with had KM2's which are kind of the gold standard and I made it everywhere he went. He did have an easier time on a couple of steep hills, but I would attirbute that to driver experience, not the tires.

Thanks 08H3,

I saw your video and your truck looks great. I will be getting the Firestones for my H3. I've been debating between the 315/75-16's and 305/70-16's but I'm 99% sure I'm going with the 315's. I will be torquing the torsion bars for leveling the front end. Did you get the Bilstein front shocks and extended bump stops for yours? Thanks again.

I got the Bilsteins but still have the factory bumpstops. Honestly, I did not notice a difference going from the factory to the Bilsteins. Most people do though. Why I didn't, I can't explain.
