Looking for H3 bumper side cover - driver side

The city trash truck hit our H3 
They will pay for it, but I can't find the part.
It is a discontinued part, is anyone parting out an H3 and willing to mail it? Or on the Colorado front range anywhere?
There were 2 versions of the part and it comes with the inner bracket and outer cover.
Ours is an '08 lux
The inside of the bracket will have this part number
15849023 Extension,Rear Bumper Imp Bar
