Dennis wrote me at one of my other sites, saying hello, asking if i needed moderators...

i was actually shocked. i havent replied yet, as i dont know what to say to him. i imagine that ill bring up the point that i was doing my job, and he and mark turned it into a personal campaign against me...

he knows that its me. he made some comment about how he didnt know that i was into jags too, and that he wanted to let bygones be bygones...

he went on and on and on about how i was a terrible person, running his mouth about me both at his site and this one...and the whole time i was only doing my job, and he expects me to just ignore how he acted?

meh..im not going to bother bickering with him...when i decide what im going to say, ill keep you guys posted on what goes on.

when it all went down, it had actually crossed my mind that his account had been hacked. i had never had any problems with dennis, and when mark was being a flake here, dennis always came to me to discuss it. that was why, for a long time, dennis was an admin but didnt have a title, because he knew that mark would flip out if dennis was an admin before mark...

Why would you ask if a Mod is needed, then bring up the past about how horrible of an Admin you are? I mean, well already know that

I dunno to be honest... I've been on both sides of this debate... which is pretty much why I just sat back and STFU.

It only takes a few months to realize that it was just plain stupid to take it so personal. He may honestlyregret what he said and what he did.

SinceI was here he did his job, kept forums active, and I never saw any spam. I don't know the full story... and don't care to know...

Sometimes people cannot handle the pressure... the pressure of being an admin... but on this software the Mods have almost no power so what would the honest harm be in it all?

Give him the detailing forum and let him be happy....ride it out...he is banned from this forum... but that is here... not there...

Granted... we had no personal interaction and he treated me like I was a stupidnewb... but I understand... a lot of that was during the breakdown and I didn't spend as much time here...

 

if he didn't burn his bridges with patrick then...maybe...but after making personal attacks against Patrick and spamming his hummer forum to gain members to his new hummer board I think any thought of him having ANY title on a board owned by patrick is ridiculous.
