Independence Motors in Charlotte, NC will have the largest selection of any Dealer anywhere near VA. You can view their website at independencehummer.com. I view AutoTrader frequently also. On AutoTrader you can do the advanced search and put in a dollar amount and mileage. I did a quick search with your numbers and 123 vehicles came up. More H3's than H2's of course and that was a search within ALL miles of my location.
