Wrecked My H3
 

Friday a car pulled out right in front of me. Slammed on brakes and cut hard left but stilled slammed into the grand prix. Waiting on insurance adjuster now to determine total damage....Ouch. His drivers side glass shards chipped my paint down the passenger side and even cracked the windshield... Didn't think 45mph was that fast till now..

Ultimately everybody ok though

Ouch. Accidents are never fun. Glad you are not hurt. How is the H?

Front end is pretty banged up, hopefully talk to insurance adjuster tomorrow, just don't know how close to fix or if they just total it out.

Glad your ok. That looks like a pretty good hit though and I would probably be pushing for a total so you can shop for a new one. Got some framework to do with the doors being misaligned 45mph head on does a good deal of damage.

Sorry about your H glad your ok! I hit a deer at 60mph and wiped out all the front plastic no metal damage and it was 3500.00 to fix it. Hope the insurance takes care of you in whatever direction you want to go. Good luck.:) PS: now i have an ARB bumper roo tested.

Where are the pics of the vicitim?

Their vehicle was towed to a different location and didn't get any pics on sight...sorry.

Dealer thinks about 8 -10k damage, but still waiting on Insurance adjuster to look at it. Anybody else with similar damage or a good guess

It takes a competent estimator to give a good idea, There's alot you just can't see from cam pics. 8-10 sounds in the ballpark though.
