Good for you Bob. I never smoked but parents, friends, etc. have all quit. Some had a rough time and some didn't think it was so bad. Several quit a number of times. My dad smoked the last cigarette in a pack and said it was the last one he would ever have ( nine months before he went to jump school ). It was his last even though he says to this day that he misses smoking. Good luck and hang in there.
