For some reason my 2007 H3 windshield wiper will only work on highest setting. Delay wipe and slow speed simply don't work. It will also not automatically stop at the bottom position when I turn the windshield wiper from high to Off. It stops right where it is.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

I would assume that your switch is just bad... I would try and call a couple of junk yard and see if they have any H3's or that specific part.. Also check and see, they might use the same switch in other GM product, if that is the case it should be fairly easy to by a used one, if you dont want to buy a new one..

 

Did you pull the cap and check the nut at the base of the wiper arm? Motor might be going bad too...

 

Same happened to me, bad wiper motor, replaced under warranty.
