I drive on Texas highways.......I-35/67, I-45and I-20 to be specific.

You can't throw a dead cat without hitting some damn rock hauler n any of these roads.

Guess I'd rather have the glass breakage than paint/body damage...............

I used to cruise up and down the 20 and I-35 all the time. I miss those days.

I noticed this post goes wayyy back but I figured i'd try just in case...

I bought my 06 H3 a month ago and it had a cracked windshield... the guy got it replaced and brakes done and I picked it up the next day. I bought it 2 hrs away.

The truck makes noise at highway speeds... humming/buzzing sound from the passenger side. I called and they said they would take a look at it.. but don't wanna drive and pay gas for 4 hrs of driving.... if I can fix it myself.

Anyhow have any idea where to start? put black more goop ?

If I had to guess, I'd say the glass guys did not re-goop your pillar moldings after the replacement glass was installed.

That buzzing/Velcro ripping sound is simply air/wind getting under the moldings at highway speeds.

I think that was just black silicone caulk they used on mine.

Nothing you probably couldn't do yourself using the above pics as a guide.

Keep us posted on what you end up doing.
