Yeah, I am going to put up with it and get what they owe me, I definately don't plan to stay with them for service though, going to go with Long Hummer as dilo2001gt recomended. They owe me a few things: ding on hood that they repaired was not a dentless repair and is noticable (I found out about that the day I was picking it up), floormats, lojack install they always forget to schedule and my "expired" certificate, I do plan to leverage my survey



bet they will get your mats to you in a hurry if you tell them that their GM Survey score will be affected. Dealers live and die by that Survey!
