Hello everybody,
The wife and I just got her a H2 to replace our old Tahoe so looking forward to joining the Hummer community. We purchased the H2 from a used car lot and in the was this tubular metal piece that I originally thought was the inside spare tire mount. It doesnt look anything like those mounts to me but I can not figure out what it is, where it goes, or if it even goes with the truck. I dont have any pics of the truck right now since the wife took it to work but it has the GOBI roof rack, ladders and oem brush guard. But I dont think this part goes with any of that.

Could it maybe have something to do with a winch? I just pulled a Warn quick connect cable out from under the hood.
