no, you would want the multi series...ADS-DL or the omni series....ADS-DLOM.
the one you mentioned will bypass teh PK3 security system but will not control door locks. I assume you are trying to install a all in one remote start,alarm,keyless entry? If you are you need the omni or multi series, if your just adding a starter the passlock bypass like you mentioned will work.
