I have a slight smoke smell in my Hummer H3. I want to spray some smoke eliminator aerosol in the air conditioning intake vent in the cabin. I believe the odor is coming from somewhere in the A/C blower. Can anyone please tell me where to spray to get the aerosal up in the A/C system?

There are 3 on my '07, under each wiper blade(hood closed) vents directly in front of windshield, and in the center (hood open) grill above the firewall, behind the rubber weatherstripping.. the air intake covers on both ends of the windshield(that pop off) are not actual air intakes. Just make sure that your Inside Air Recirculation button is off. start up the hummer, close all the windows, put the blower on high position center vents, close doors, and blast that spray into the 3 vents. Works great..

How about the location of the air intake inside the cabin when the "recirculation" button is on? Do you know where this is located?

i think the interior "recirculation" intake is located under the glovebox
