Default Where do I post for a trail ride?

Hello all, over from the jeepin world. I am headed out to Vail, CO next week and was looking for somebody to wheel with out there and show us some of their favorite trails. I have a guy from around Denver that will be able to go. However, I thought why limit myself to just jeep guys? I have the Charles Wells book but I don't like going wheeling by myself. The wife and I are on our way out to Moab for the Jeep Jamboree and are making a stop in Vail. So, post up if anybody is interested.

Thanks!

You could try googling for a colorado-specific 4x4 forum?

Good luck finding somebody & cool of you to stop by.

not to the best of my knowledge. If it is i'm going to flame him for the next 3 hours while drinking.

kf4pwb, (that's a friendly thing with the jeep ****).

i'd love to come but i'm nowhere near Colorado & generally need longer notice to get myself out and about. The best way to find hummers to go with on shorter notice is probably to check local colorado forums - assuming all the hummer owners haven't turned their backs on those over bad behavior from non-hummer drivers, you should find some.

I dont' like trees, they smell funny en masse. I prefer 'wheeling out in the open, with a view.

Allright, I'll give it another shot with the CO search. Didn't find much the first time. Will try the Rover forums too. I would rather go wheeling with a Hummer though. The fact that I found that fuh2 site makes me want one even more. There's nothing like enraging the libs.[sm=americanasmiley.gif]

Did mill creek today. had to turn around when we came upon a huge tree blocking the trail about 1/2 mile before the trail ended.
