I found that after driving on highway for about an hour, my speedometer goes out. It slows down when I know that I keep up with traffic 75mph. It slowly goes to 0mph. When it does this I stop the car and turn the ignition off and on again. When I start going again, it is like normal. What is going on whith it? Please help

 

There is more than likely a sending unit in the transmission that sends a speed signal to the PCM that transduces it to the Speedo..I'm sure it's something simple to fix...But whatever it is, it needs fixin....Other than that, I'm just yacking out my butt and can seem to find a spot to stop rambling...[sm=icon_blah.gif]

 

Hey, keep ramblin. I wish everyone would ramble my way. I wonder if its something I can fix because warranty is out and I dont like the dealer cost...
