Default What year should I buy?????

So I decided I am going to buy an H3. I definitely want one with the adventure package. I plan on taking it off road regularly but probably no serious muddin or rock crawling. There are quite a few 07's and 08's in my area with the adventure package but not many 09's. My question is, should I wait to find the right 09 with the front locking diff? Will I really ever need it? Also is there any differance between the 07-08's adventure package?

Thank you

From what you describe you probably don't need the front locker. You may or may not really use the back locker if you are not doing any serious mud or rocks. I would focus more on the condition and cost of the H3's you can find.

I do alot of the more "extreme" rocks with mine, and I don't have any lockers. I have been told I am extreme when offroading, but I have never broken anything from trying to go places. If you aren't gonna be doing any thing hard, it won't matter if you have one or two lockers

I'd probably wait for an '09, even though from what you describe it doesn't sound like you'll need it. However, it's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

That too. Let's also not forget newer with less mileage (not necessarily, but in general) is another plus.

We are missing two key points of information. Budget and location.
