would cranking the torsion bar and adding bigger tires void the 100k drivetrain warranty i have on my 09 h3?

Extended warranty? Depends on who it's from and the dealership you take it to for service. Some service managers/writers won't think nor look twice, some will screw ya over about it. It all depends and that was not enough info to tell you.

 

All 07 and newer have a 5yr/100,000 mile warranty. The dealership I used in Phoenix cranked my TB's and then did the alignment a few weeks later. Since I have moved to Louisiana, the dealership I use now, told me that as long as I keep it 23 7/8" or lower they will fulfill my warranty with no questions. Just shop around and find a good dealership.
Oh, and a dealership cannot void anyone's warranty. They can only refuse to work on it

 

My 07 has a 50k factory warranty.

 

I also have an 07 which has:
4yr/50,000 bumper to bumper
5yr/100,000 drivetrain and roadside
6yr/100,000 rust
