What size nerf bars?

Hi, just bought a 2008 H3. Wondering which size nerf bars to put on it, 3" or 4". Any suggestions? Also looking at a hitch bike rack - any thoughts on those???

I vote for NONE.
I hate nerfs.

I have a Thule 4 bike rack, but I struggle to get 3 bikes on it. If you need to get 4 bikes on a rack, the Thule falls short but it is well made.
