Im finishing up my 2005 H2 SUT with a 2005 Durumax. I purchase a complete roll over truck so I had everything. I did the modification to the core support. If anyone can help what fan shroud are they using? Im trying not to use electric fans. Ive tryed the H2 shroud but the fan is to large and the silverado I will need to hack it

 

did you find a shroud ? aim doing a conversion and need a shroud but don't know what shroud to buy

 

I didn't find one so I went with a set of electric dual fans from Jegs are for a diesel come with a bracket that holds the computer also.

 

what did you do with the fuel tank and fuel lines

 

I used the hummer tank but used the fuel sending unit out of the diesel truck. Have you already started the swap? Motor bolted to the stock frame mount I used the stock trans cross member but cut the mount of the diesel cross member and welded it to the hummer cross member. you will need space out the core support also. I can get picks if anyone needs any.

 

yes i have the motor mounted to the frame i am almost ready to put the body on can you post pics of your radiator support

 

what did you do for the shifter cable ?

 

I used the hummer shifter cable its real close to the front drive shaft i modified the shifter bracket i think i added about a inch to it. you will need to lower the bottom of the core support radiator will set to high.
