Default what is this part
Guys, can someone identify this part. It was in the storage area on my 03 H2 and I haven't got a clue what it is. It was bolted to the floor on top of the carpet.

something for 3rd row seat or tire carrier maybe?

It looks sort of like a tool holder with all the holes in the top around an inch in diameter. It was on the drivers side near the hump for the fender well.
