So the other day I am driving into work and a hawk bounced off the windshield while I was sailing at 60 MPH..... I looked in the rear view mirror and I was happy to see the hawk was still flying.... That's where I thought the story ends....three days go by and I thought my trash cans smell so I moved them to the side of the house. As I pass the H3 I notice the smell is still there.... (Oh no could this be related to the hawk).

I see a swarm of flies near the front of the grill. I looks at the grill and I see a blood smear.



I could not see down the front of the grill nor could I get close enough to stand the smell. I opened the hood and could not see down in the back of the grill since there was a cover on top front of the hood. I took my phone and put it in the opening where the hood latches and took a picture.

What in the world did this hawk drop in front of my grill??? It was a rabbit. I thought doing the shackle lift was a pain in the A@@ but removing the dead rabbit tops it.

Now that's something you don't see every day. Just be glad it wasn't a snake.

 

What are the odds of that ever happening again?!
