Default What is needed to put 35's on my truck?

I'm pretty sure they will fit stock, as they are a factory option for many h3's, but if somethign needs to be done, what is it? What do I need to do for the speedo to read correctly also w/ 35's? Can I just put a diff. speed sensor in?

Ya been there, done that actually. So I guess it's more or less a direct "bolt-on". Little to no rubbing. Awesome.

What about mileage? Do 35's impact mileage at all?

Best bet is to get a PCM tune to correct your speedo

correct, PCMtunefor less is best bet to get speedometer corrected. I bought 1/4 inch spacer plates to put on mine. At full turn and hold the knobbies would rub the swapy bars, just barely. After spacer plates it quit.
