Default what is happening???

3 days ago when I started the car ALL 4 turning signal lamps lit up and stayed lighted.
I stopped the engine and took of the key, they remain lighted!!
After about one hour they all shut down and since then they are not working!!!
I checked the fuse: OK
I tried to find out if all this was coming from a faulty relay but there is no relay controlling the turning signals on the H3.....
I checked the bulbs: they are OK

any idea of what is going on???

If it was me, I would reset the computer. Make sure that all the bulbs are ok now.
