I personally do not believe that the H2 is better than the H3. Bigger is not always better. Plus, it seems that the H3 is much better off-road. The H2 is so damn heavy and the ground clearance is not that good. Nothing can hold up against an H1...but who has $120k laying aound. The H3 is a little small fora family of 5 or more...but just buy 2 H3s for a little more than the cost of the H2. Let the wife drive one with the daughters and dad can scare the **** out of his sons!

Ok, here we go.

I will never say anything bad about the H3. I plan on getting one myself in the future. It is a hell of a vehicle.
I don't understand why you would want to dis the H2 on Hummer forum. The H2 and the H3 are two different vehicles. I don't think you should compare them. They both hold their own off road very well, if not the best in their class.

So I can't fit through a narrow passage where a H3 might. Does that make the H3 better?
Ground clearance in the H2 is not that good? The H2 has 10" clearance, and the H3 has 8.5".

Does that make the H2 better? It's all in what you want.

I like them both equally. If Brachilius has any doubt about what an H2 can do offroad, just take a look at some of Shortbus's pics. That's my 2 cents...now back to the popcorn!

bigger is not better... is just a myth In all seriousness here we have all chosen to havewhat we have for various reasons and we all co-exist and enjoy each other nor do we have to defend our rides to one another here...you are comparing apples to oranges and each has its pros and cons...I personally chose the H3 so that I would nothave to take up residenceat the gas pump.
