I wrote the owner he was bull at his people plus the put a four inch scratch on my inside door panel i need to take it to him to look at.[:@]

I thank you for writing me about this bad experience, to say the least, you had with us the other day.
There is absolutely no reason you were here more than the 3 hours we quoted and I am sorry for that.
I am more concerned about the damage to your vehicle. When can you just simply come by so I can see the damage?
