Default Weird stuff after inst panel replacement

I had my instrument panel replaced today and a couple weird things happened this afternoon. When I got home after work I turned the car off but the interior dome lights didn't come on like they normally do. Then when I got out I hit the lock button and I could hear the doors lock but didn't hear a chirp so I'm not sure if the alarm armed or not. They said they had to replace a "module" too when they replaced the panel. Could this have reset something that I need to change, like the way the horn chirps when you lock the doors? I really don't want to go back to the dealer since it's 25 miles away so I'm hoping it's something I can handle myself.

Remote Keyless Entry (RKE)

This feature allows you to program your Remote
Keyless Entry (RKE) feedback to a preferred
setting.
To set your choice for this feature, perform the
following steps:
1. With the engine off, turn the key to LOCK.
Do not remove the key from the ignition.

2. Press and hold the lock and unlock buttons
on the RKE transmitter at the same time.
Hold both buttons until the DIC display shows
the current RKE feedback mode.

3. To view the next available mode, press and
hold the reset stem for about two seconds.
Release the reset stem and press and
hold again to view each mode.
4. Once the desired mode is shown on the DIC
display, briefly press the reset stem to set
your choice. The DIC display will then clear.

The following are the available modes:
RFA 1 (default): This mode flashes the parking
lamps when you press the lock or unlock
buttons on the RKE transmitter.

RFA 2: This mode flashes the parking lamps and
sounds the horn when you press the lock button
on the RKE transmitter. This mode also flashes the
parking lamps when you press the unlock button
on the RKE transmitter.

RFA 3: This mode flashes the parking lamps
and sounds the horn when you press the lock or
unlock buttons on the RKE transmitter.

RFA 4: This mode disables RKE feedback. There
will be no feedback when you press the lock or
unlock buttons on the RKE transmitter.

Thanks Hummerz! I was hoping following those instructions would work. I saw them in the manual but it was working the way I wanted it to when I bought it, but I guess it was reset when they replaced the panel. Now I just need to figure out why my interior lights didn't come on. Unfortunately I got home after 7:00 and it was dark and I was beat so I didn't have any time to try to solve it myself. Hopefully some nice weather tomorrow will give me some much needed truck time. Thanks again!

Yup, those two things solved everything. I wish I had a garage so I could check this stuff out at night since waiting until the morning always drives me crazy. I'm glad it was a simple fix since there have been a few growing pains so far with this 2007 I just bought. Hopefully things will be smooth from here on out. Thanks for the info!
