Default Warranty items! Anybody else?

Ok, like I said earlier, love the truck, but...

Going to dealer this week.

1. Nav radio buttons are all peeling off, can't read them anymore.

2. Side assist steps are smoke gray, well, it's all coming off

3. Something is rattling in front end, sounds not good

4. Driver side headlight mounting broke, light just vibrates

Anything else I should be on the lookout for?

see if your tailgate plastic has been upgraded or not. If not it will someday come off and leave a weird looking tailgate edge.

Hang in there man, I feel you. I spent the first few months with mine getting all the bugs worked out. Mine where all electrical though, haven't experienced any of what you've described though, yet, lol. Got it all straightened out and the trucks been a dream since. Yep, also check on what Stan mentioned, the taigate. If the top has a few flush mounted screws showing then you are golden if no screws show then let the dealer know, free recall upgrade item . Don't let them glue down the hood vent either until you decide if you want to keep it stock or eventually upgrade it or paint it or whatever. Might already of been glued though. They had some pop off a speed so their fix is to glue it down . Get them to replace the side steps then sell the new ones and buy some RD sliders . Hope they get it all straightened out for you, awesome truck to be driving around in and you should be enjoying it not worried with all that or what could pop up next, lol. Good luck and keep us posted on the outcome.

Mine was in the shop at Sewell a couple of times for idiot lights that tripped due to a bad sensor in the differential. Either they fixed it... or disarmed it... I really don't know.

Took a look at the tailgate piece and I have no scews. I also found a place that is selling surplus "new" H3T parts and the tailgate guard is $25... may have to get an extra one... just in case.

Ebay store name is Source One Auto Parts... S1autoparts... I just checked and found a lot of stuff for Hummers, but no more mouldings for the tailgate. I've bought a couple of things from them... maybe they'll get more tailgate mouldings in the future... I hope so... sounds like I may need one !

Default Radiator top tank damage.....

Had to remove about 1/4 in....on metal brace underneath center top radiator mount. There was rubbing going on.........checked the net and this is a common problem...then the plastic tank fails...no recall...... Checked early and caught it......check your radiator clearance between front top center brace underneath radiator mount......

A few other things to check.
Body mount cushions for creaking noise.
Steering rack for leaks.
CV axle seals.
Front windshield moldings.
