Default A WARM HELLO!

This is to all my fellow Hummer enthusiasts. I am finally the proud owner of my H2 Dream Vehicle. Since the military has allowed for the Humvee to be deregulated and manufactured for public use. I have always dreamed of owning one. And now after a few years, I am finally financially secure enough to afford a pre-owned H2. A few years ago, I saw the original Humvee with all the trimmings and was immediatly captivated! I've owned other trucks such as the Ford Explorer and Chevy Tahoe and Jeep Liberty. All along just hoping for that special moment for my Hummer. The color is a orange/red. Currently I am accessorising it with all the trimmings thanks to Ebay. I am even adding the breather snorkel to make it appear as that original Humvee I saw a few years ago. I truly enjoy that "Safari" style look. When I am finished, I will post a photo for your enjoyment. If there are any Hummer enthusiast gatherings in the New York City area, I would like to know about it. Or perhaps one can be arranged for the upcoming spring or summer. A family picnic or a meeting just to talk about the Hummers! It feels really great being part of the Hummer family!

There is a recently formed Hummer Club in New York. Check the events section of the site. Also, congrats on the Hummer and welcome to the forum.

Can someone tell me why is it that this site indicates 4 recalls for my vehicle and in the "gmmylink" website indicates only one recall?

Welcome to the club, you want to either want to pm or email Sgt940, he's the president of the NYHC. He's out in Lynbrook, NY but he has 2 succesful meetings and is trying to get more people in that area to meet up. As for the recalls no idea.
