Lots of the guys with restored Humvees have them on their trucks. I have driven with NV goggles but not with black out lights.

 

So......What exactly do they do????

And since there was much feed back on this posting, I was inspired and decided to go on ebay and aquire the full ensamble of BLACKOUT TAILIGHTS and MARKER LIGHTS for the FRONT and REAR.
As soon as I finish reconditioning them and mounting them appropiatly, I will post some photos.
Although the actual use of BLACKOUT LIGHTS is very limited and almost slim to none but the look of having them mounted and working on a HUMMER proves very satisfying.
