Under dash wedge bulbs

Is there a certain way to remove the wedge bulbs underneath the dash board? There is one on each side that light up the floor area in the front. I've located the bulbs. But can't get the bulbs out.

I posted this tip some time back......wrap a piece of duct tape around the bulb, leaving enough extra sticking out to grab on to. Pull straight out.

Hi,

Broken Halo is right. Gave the tip to me. Works great.
I replaced the bulbs with a connector with blue a led strip.
Moooooreeeeee light. Lol
