Is anybody doing anything about this? I'm not sure what or if I'm supposed to do something.

My answer to that is...If kids are reading HUMMER forums, thenthey were looking for the other kind of HUMMER in the first place and not a Car..I would ignore it...But that's your choice...I never get these things..why is it everyone complains about stuff to you?..And how does one send them in the first place..?

As long as no nippletts are showing there is nothing wrong..IMO.

I agree. I don't know why I keep getting them either. It should be the parent's responsibility to monitor what their children do and do not access. It's not our responsibility as an adult forum to block what could be offensive content.

There must be some kind of legal disclaimer on the site somewhere that stipulates this. Where's Patrick when you need him?

This is the third one I have received in the past so many months. I don't mind speaking to anybody but because this is a forum which has paid advertisers, I don't want to get in the middle of any technicalities when it comes to dealing with these people. I'm my own worst hypocrit in that I can understand her concern, but at the same time, it is ultimately not our fault if a child comes on here and finds something offensive. This site is not marketted as a family-oriented site. It's sadly geared more towards a adult male demographic even though there are plenty of females on here. It's just one of those situations where you really don't know who you are dealing with and one small situation can turn into something big, like someone getting pissed off and emailing all of the sponsors saying they are offended and so forth. That of-course is a worst-case scenario but who knows.

Alas, this is why I asked the question
