I bought my H3 the Saturday after Thanksgiving and next Monday will mark it's third trip to the service center...

The thing is great when it's working right, a very comfortable DD, but this constant issues crap is a little annoying. At least this time I can drive it in and not need a tow.

Thank goodness I still have the factory warranty and am not paying my deductible on the extended one.

 

yeah when we first got ours, the radiator leaked (1st trip) and then the water pump went (2nd trip). Everything has been good since but now we have a weird plastic smell coming from the rear of the vehicle?? So it looks like "trip 3" is coming soon. :-(

 

The plastic smell from the rear was normal for me and then it went away, I did a search here and it seemed to be normal. Something about getting mudd on the exhaust. Sorry to hear that you all had to go to the dealership so many times, I have the extended warranty and my deductable is only $50

 

My deductible is $200. The initial cost was ludicrous in the difference between the 50, 100 and 200.

 

Welp, it looks like new head needed here as well.

Wow. Regretting getting this thing now.
