I can't answer your question; however, wanted to recommend Grease Monkey for a tranny flush. I take all my vehicles there.

Just the filter and refull.... ''DON'T DO A FULL FLUSH!!''
If you used to change the transmission fluid regularly then you could have done a full flush.
From what I've heard, is the old transmission fluid has a dirty coating on all the internal parts, New Transmission fluid acts like a detergent that would drake down the old oil sludge and clogs passage ways ..
I bought my 08 H2 last year with 84,000 Km or 52,159 Miles Used.
Just to play it safe I changed the filter and Refill..
I had to remove the 2 bolts from the exhaust flange in order to get the transmission oil pan out.

If dirty fluid is the only thing keeping a transmission working it's on borrowed time. I would drain and fill with new fluid/filter.

I stand by my transmission flush post. What I do is alternate filter replacement/fluid change with a transmission flushes. This also flushes out the torque converter. I have this done ~30K miles and have never had any problems.

Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange

The fluid exchange removes and refills nearly 100% of the transmission fluid held in the transmission, including the torque converter.

Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange with Filter

The transmission pan is dropped and cleaned, and a new filter and new gasket are installed. Then the fluid exchange is performed, which removes and refills nearly 100% of the transmission fluid held in the transmission, including the torque converter.

Note: Per the manual, change the transmission fluid, torque converter fluid and filter every 50K miles (severe) or 100K mildd (normal). I perform both at ~30K miles
