was comming back from cali to okc and my transmission went out...it put trans fluid into my radiator as well...stranded in san diego now waiting on warranty company to figure out why this happened...anybody ever had this problem or am i the only luck guy out there...it's a 07 h3x with only 12k miles!!!!!

Well it looks like I am not alone. My H-3 is still in San Diego and now the dealer is telling me that the Waranty Company (MAP) is trying to blame it on me...I cannot understand how a H-3 or any GM vehicle can have problems like these with only 13k miles!!! I am having the Transmission replaced along with the Radiator and Trans Cooler...I think there is a serious defect problem here that GM needs to correct...How is it possible that this type of major damage could happen just by itself!!! It makes no sense...I filed a complaint Friday with the Attorney General against my Dealer and General Motors....i feel sorry for people who have no Warranty or it expired and have had to pay for the repairs out there own pocket...Called this morning and my truck is still not fixed thanks to the warranty company dragging their feet!!!!
