Trans cooler line

Noticed a leak in garage on my dads 06 H3, got under to look and saw the rubber hose was it. Looks like it has happened before since it has hose clamps and not the factory crimps like the other hose. Is there a easy fix that we can do?

The Miss's h3 had both replaced because of rot and decay. She bought them at deal price because she could lol she worked for a gm qualified dealership at the time. I just didn't want the hassel and it was pretty darn expensive if memory serves me correctly. The parts were cheap labor not so much.
