Hey guys, I just found this site and it's very informative!! I currently own a 2010 Jeep Wrangler 2 door Sport and have been very pleased with my Jeep so far. I work as a Finance manager at an auto mall where one of the brands is Hummer. I get GM employee pricing and with a $5000 rebate on the 2009 H3T's, it's very tempting to trade my Jeep in for an H3T with the Adventure package. I know I'll probably find some very biased oppinions, but what do you guys think??

 

Jump on it! Get a H3T adv while you can... much more storage than the jeep and just as capable offroad?

 

I have watched several H3Ts at Moab the past year and they are very capable. The wheel base works against them some as does the rear wheel overhang but after watching them handle Hells' Revenge, including Escalator and Hell's Gate, Moab Rim, etc I am impressed.

 

Love the H3T. Looks mean and performs well.

 

Totally different vehicles, the Jeep has the name but the Hummer is in the game. I went from a Rubicon to the H3 Alpha, lost some visibility and the solid front axle but gained a V8 and better handling on the highway. It's quieter, but I can't remove the top. So you see, it's all a trade off.
