I would defnitley get an 08 over the previous years, not only do you get a much better tow capacity, you get better milage, acceleration,E-85 capability, new interior, and a whole lot of new designs.

I believe you can still get in on the hummer tax loophole too with a new purchase.

I tow a boat with my 03. I am about 4500 lbs loaded and quiet honestly I cannot tell the boat is back there.It does not slow me down any and the truck does not drive/ride any differnet.I am not sure if air-ride is the reason for this or not?? What exactly are you towing? A Travel Trailer?

Buy an o4 H2, and also buy a used Dually diesel pickup. you can have both for the cost of a new 08 H2..

Went to pick up my boat this weekend....45 miles of twisty small hilly roads mostly 35 - 40 MPH. Pulling the trailer I got 12.3 MPG. Pulling my 6500 pound boat back home I got 8.6. Truck had absolutely no probs pulling the boat.....
