anyone else get to see it last night? first one i've ever seen. got some pretty cool pics i'll post up a bit later

as a now exert nightime photographer I have some pics also. I won't post them until you post yours so that I don't get embarressed...LOL. I may also steal and use your pics as if they are my on on my other board

I saw it too...nice cold clear night for it here in Mass.
The question is, did anyone get pictures of the eclipse with their Hummer in the picture?? Now that would be cool!

couldn't get the bus in the pic with the zoom lens on the camera. plus when i got close to the bus the auto garage light came on and that washes out the pics too much. would have been awesome in the mountains without all the light pollution from the city, but i did manage to get 2 stars in a few of the shots.

I was shaking so bad I got like 4 moons on a few of them...lol

ha, my first pic has 2 moons. [8D] tried resting the camera on the fence but it still moved too much with the zoom lens. had to blow the dust off the tripod and remember how to set the shutter timer to get some that weren't blurry.

You sure you were taking pictures of your neighbors with the 4 moons? lol! J.K.
