What is the largest tire that can be put on without modifications? I'm currently running 285/75/16

 

Hello fellow T owner.

315/75R16 is the tallest and will fit on the OEM rims. 100s if not more run them.
The spare will fit unerring the T also.

 

Thanks Tainter...so you currently are on 315s..no rub and no modifications?

 

I currently have 37x12.5R16s with a 1" daystar body lift.

35s will rub slightly on the front sway bar at FULL lock only. Not a big deal.
315s do not require any suspension modifications what so ever to fit.
You may want to level your front end by adjusting the torsion bars for a better looking rig but it is not necessary.
