when i got the truck it was at 35psi and the sides where wearing out, so i figured i would inflate a little more to 40 and see if i get full contact. so far so good. but i drive all highway miles and if it starts scrfewing me then i will sacrifice mpg and deflate a little. i never look at the door jam. i always look at the pattern on the tread

 

Yeah, dust, dirt, mud, water, chalk, shoe polish, whatever is easy to make a readable mark. Doing this, I've settled on 42-43 PSI for my 33" Duratracs. Especially as the door jamb recommendation sets off the TPM sensor.

Now whats the best pressure for wheelin in a H3 Adventure? Shouldn't that be the question?
