Threads not posting

I posted a thread on here to sell my wheels/hummer and it didn't show up. What's wrong?

It showed up, but for some reason the default sort changed a couple of months ago and you have to resort by last posted, then reverse list to see the latest listings. Yours is there.

I thought that was something I did when I noticed it, messed around in the CP trying to change it back but nothing will do it......highly annoying
