I am going to disconnect my stereo to install a PA-15 iphone adapter and was told my stereo will be locked. How do I avoid this or unlock it? Is there a way to retrieve the code before I disconnect it? I just looked in the service manual and I believe that once I hook it back up, the computer will recognize it and no code is needed. Its a 2006 H2 and I do not want to start until I know for sure.
