SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:
Thursday, February 19: Registration will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at René at
Tlaquepaque Restaurant in Sedona located in the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, 336
Highway 179, Ste 118. For those of you who do not make it to registration on Thursday you can register and receive any additional information at the Friday morning drivers meeting. If you are not going to arrive between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM on Thursday, please email Marc Balocco and let him know.
Friday February 20: Our first day of adventure will start with a mandatory drivers meeting at 8:30 AM. We will then head north to Flagstaff via scenic Oak Creek Canyon to the “Cinder Lake Off-Road Recreation Area” for fun and games!! This area is popular in the summer with sand rail, quads and the rest of the off-road crowd. There are massive cinder hills to climb and wide open areas to practice you skills. This area can have a lot of snow in the winter and this time of the year!!
Saturday, February 21: Our second day of adventure will begin again with a mandatory
drivers meeting at 8:30 AM followed by a tour many of the rugged and scenic trails in and
around Stoneman Lake to the western town of Mormon Lake. All of these Forest Service lands should have a lot of snow!! We will return to Sedona and have a group dinner at the Rene at Tlaquepaque Restaurant approximately 7:00 PM.
Sunday, February 22: This is an optional day for folks who want to explore trails
surrounding Sedona or visit the nearby mining town of Jerome, now an artist enclave
overlooking the surrounding valleys. A tentative drivers meeting will be again at 8:30 AM.
