Best way to post pics is to open a free photo storage account (like photobucket) upload your pics, then copy the direct link from photobucket for the pic you want to post, click on the photo icon in the tool bar above and paste the link in the photo window that popped open when you clicked the icon, then click OK.

Then you get a full sized image in your post.
