Vader, assemble & disassemble is quick. 5-10 mins tops as its just unfolding the frame to open up the tent. The actual mounting of the tent to the roof rack is a little more involved, probably 15-30mins... its 40lbs so better to have someone help out unless you're really strong and not too afraid to scratch the top of your truck...

 

So overall it's about a half hour project and best assembled by 2 people.

1300.00 on that link, thats alot of money for a tiny tent. But I guess it is worth it for sleeping on top of a hummer.
