Ordered a H3 Lightbar from Teaka Toys...

I never got a confirmation email for the order but it is on my account on their site.

Their site states I can't change the order cuz it's 'processing' or 'shipped'... (it said this for the last 4 days)

I can't get a tracking number from the site...
They won't respond to my emails...
They didn't return my phone msg...

Anyone have problems with this company?

 

I've purchased several things from them over the years, large and small without any problems.

Maybe they're simply on vacation, keep calling them.

 

Same here....Never any issues...Prompt courteous service....
