TC,TCCM,TPS,PEDAL assembly ISSUES!!! HELP PLEASE
OKAY , I will give a basic rundown.
2007 h3
new transmission installed
vibration upon acceleration from time to time, goes away at 2 -3 RPM's
When shifting from all wheel drive/4 high into 4high lock it no longer makes a sound as if engaging,
sounds and shifts normal from 4high lock to 4 low lock, and normal from 4 low lock to 4 high lock, no sound
from 4high lock back to 4 normal/all wheel drive. sometimes feels as if im constantly in 4wheel drive.
Another couple weeks go by and I get service stayb, traction control failed, reduced power and the codes
P060E and P0240
My question is, is their a relearn that needs to be done when the transfer case is pulled out and the transmission
is new? is their a accelerated pedel sensor or throttle body relearn that needs to be done? I have unplugged and
cleaned the throttle body.
and also had hand on TCCM while having the 4wheel drives gone thru and it feels to be engaging except going into
4 high lock.

I apologize for my hard to understand previous post, just a single mom trying to figure out how the heck to keep a Hummer running, and my explaining is not always the best. i was mostly wanting to know if i should be concerned that their no sounds of 4H Lock engaging when the button is pressed, but the normal clicking going between the other buttons. the relearns I should have researched a little more before bothering the forum with stupid run on stuff. I found a couple relearn procedures and ordered a TCCM. maybe that will help.

Put the truck into 4HI (not lock) and try driving in a tight circle on pavement. If it is unlocked, there should be no problem doing that. Then put it in 4HI Lock and do the same thing; it should buck and try to fight the turn. Put it back into 4HI unlock and try again; should drive smoothly again. Sound or no sound/click or no click, that will verify whether the transfer case is shifting between 4HI lock & 4Hi unlock.
I will try that again , in a tighter circle. Thank you so much for ur help, I just know it made noise before when going into 4H lock, and after a new trans, it did not. I just didnt wanna break anything else , if a step was missed or done wrong putting the trans & TC back in. Thank you again
