New to the forum, so hello...

I've got something going on with one tail light that I can't figure out. The bulb is good, fuse is good, but my parking light won't come on -- just the drivers side.

I inspected the wiring and it's all solid, no frays. This H3 doesn't have the towing packing or wiring harness on it.

It's a 2008. Any help would be appreciated.

Change the bulb.

 

I would just go ahead and buy a new bulb. I think you might be overthinking it.
