Hello All - new here - We currently own an '07 black "Tactical Edition" H3 bought new now with approx. 24,000 miles. Our old saleslady told us that the "Tactical Edition" was only produced for one year - can anyone verify this?I am very happy with the car so far (dealer sucks). I generally drive our BMW X5 while my girlfriend drives the H3 and we have found it to be very dependable and safe. Plus I think it looks good all blacked out. Thanks. John

I do not know if the black Tact was only for 07?? Come to think of it I do not recall ever seeing an 08 Tact. I do know they also came in red and grey.

 

07 is the only year

 

From what I have read they onlyproduced around onethousandH3tacticals. They were at the end of the 2007 model year.Somebody else might know more.

'07 was the only year. Limited edition. I am not sure how many that they made. I tried to get one to no avail.

 

I guess that is why I am a backseat driver on the forums!!! Good luck with it!!

Yes it's a five speed. The only thing we've done with isit put PIAA fogs and driving on the front, put blacked out tail lamps on and black out the front and side markers. And sorry, it's not for sale.!!
