are these the plastic , chome plated? or metal?

 

I think they are metal with ABS Chrome covering?

I got those Lights..............................

To put them on is one big pain in the chops and requires U to remove the front Bumper and grill.

I got mine on ebay paid $150.00 plus shipping and had local Hummer installed them for $85.00 not a bad price I was expecting to pay more for the install.
